I WANT TO SEE THE TRUMAN PARKWAY CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC EVERY SUNDAY BETWEEN 2 - 5 PM, TO BE USED SOLELY BY BIKERS, TRIKERS, WALKERS, JOGGERS, AND SKATEBOARDERS.
